I had submitted a proposal for a fairly large web design and integration project for my best friend, Jojo’s, father. He owns and operates two very popular wood flooring and wood distribution companies. I had discussed the project with her dad off an on throughout the better part of six months last year but never really had the opportunity or time to seriously tackle the job.
Fortunately, he was impressed by our conversations and waited on me. I was very lucky that he wanted to work with me specifically and was willing to wait. Anyway, I gave him a big proposal in December and he just accepted it. I expected him to accept part of it –which would have been decent income but he wants the whole nine yards. This is a like a belated Christmas present, for sure. lol
This will take me about two months to complete and will definitely be a big boost in helping me budget and plan for paying the bills, et cetera. I am really excited, but I will keep it short because I have to go pick up half up-front and then get started on the planning phase. Woohoo!
